It's just another hot day in Miami...except for the local pizza guy, determined to defeat the (allegedly) evil plumbers' union for unspecified reasons. Along the way he'll bother a waitress, trip over a wrench, and hit a guy in the face with some sausages. It's all part of his duty and he'll deliver justice in 30 minutes or less!
